How do I get access to the Zoom invitations?

Immediately after you have booked you will receive an email with the confirmation details. Nearer to the event you will receive an email with all the Zoom invites, plus a Welcome Pack explaining more about how the workshops operate. We will send a reminder close to the event.

Will the dates be automatically entered into my calendar?

We can do this for some events, not all. We recommend that you enter the dates into your calendar.

What resources will I get?

As well as a 90-minute interactive learning experience you will get:

• A recording of the workshop presentation

• The course materials as a pdf

• An audio recording with an example of the learning applied in action

• Suggested exercises for you to apply the learning.

What can I expect from the interactive workshops?

You will be joining a group of no more than 16 participants – so you can see everyone else in gallery view. Our learning is very interactive – we make the maximum use of break out rooms and case studies so that you can learn alongside your fellow participants.

What happens if I can’t attend one of the workshops in a Cluster?

If you are unable to attend any of the workshops, we will send you a recording of the presentation and all the course materials, so you follow the same learning as anyone else.

What happens if I commit to the whole Programme and miss a Pod or a Cluster within it?

If you sign up to a whole programme and miss a pod or a whole Cluster, we’ll carry your booking forward to the next programme, for no extra cost.

How do I get a mentor to support my learning?

You can opt to add a mentor to help you apply your learning. The standard package is three hours of expert support for £180. You can book this service by emailing us.
